Our safety commitment!
Safety comes first. NN Painting practices safety rules very strictly. We hold weekly employee ToolBox Safety and frequently hold safety training sessions. We provide our employees with the proper safety equipment and require each employee to wear personal protective clothing and shoes.
We work under a Fall Protection Plan that is written and specialized for each job based upon the particulars of the site and crew as well as frequently maintaining our equipment and tools for the jobsite.
Jose Nascimento, Owner and President, has successfully completed the OSHA 30-Hour course. Plus, all employees are required to successfully complete the OSHA 10-Hour training as a minimum in safety training.
Also, we offer our employees a competitive pay scale, and bonus. We feel treating and rewarding our employees well helps enable NN Painting to take better care of our clients.
Our goal is to keep our sites SAFE!
